Is there a cougher’s conference at your job? A symphony of sneezes when you’re walking around Walmart? This smoothie is as simple as can be. All the ingredients are immune boosting and purposeful. No fruit juices, milks, or added sugar. I’m triggered by this 2018 flu epidemic so if nothing else, putting these wholesome things into my body gives me more peace of mind. after my daily spoonful of blackseed oil I drink up. Here’s what it’s good for:
Immune boost
Glowy Skin
Feminine Health
Folic Acid
Anti-inflammatory
Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids
Vitamin B6, A, C, E, and K
Fiber

Materials:
Spoon
A blender
Ingredients: Amounts are flexible depending on your taste! If you want it pretty and green use lots of spinach.
2 or 3 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (from Walmart)
1 cup Raw baby spinach
1 Ripe avocado
½ cup Raspberries fresh or frozen (if frozen add more for tangy flavor)
½ cup Frozen Mango
1 Hand Full Ice (if you like it chilly)
Use water as the base liquid. Add to your preferred smoothie thickness
Directions:
Slice the avocado and spoon out contents into the blender.
Pour in the raspberries, mango, spinach, and hemp hearts.
Add water and ice last
blend baby blend!
Check to see if the thickness is how you like it, if it’s too thin, you can add another half of avocado. If it’s too thick add more water.
You don’t need no fruit juice girl! This is a health smoothie, just chug it and feel the benefits! If for some reason the mango doesn’t add enough sweetness for you, try a little coconut milk. *
I will continue to improve upon my smoothie game, but if you have suggestions or fun recipes to try, drop them in the comments! I’m always looking for new ways to drink my veggies because I’m basically a nine year old and I refuse to just eat what’s good for me the traditional way.
Anywho 🙂
That’s all for now ❤
I bet its good
