Here is a smoothie that will  leave you minty fresh and MUAH-worthy. Here’s what it’s good for:

Potassium Rich

Vitamin K

Lower Cholesterol

Tummy Calming

Hair, Skin, and Nails


Immune functions



1 Ripe Avocado
1 Mint leaf
1 Tbs grated Ginger
1 Squeezed Key Lime
1 Fresh (but ripe) Mango
2 Kiwis
2 Handfulls of Romaine, Swiss Chard or spinach

Add ice if you want! Use water as the base liquid. Add to your preferred smoothie thickness
